Junior Web Developer @ Nuqayah

Nuqayah is seeking a motivated, junior-level web developer to join our growing team.

• Role: Junior Web Developer (frontend / backend / fullstack)
• Type: Full-Time remote with 5+ hours team overlap (8am-5pm Makkah time; UTC+3)

Qualities We Are Seeking

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python, with familiarity in at least one JavaScript framework (Svelte, React, or Vue).
• Excellent self-learning skills: you’ll be tasked with researching, leveraging AI tools, explaining your approach, and implementing solutions.
• Strong research abilities, including using web searches, AI, Stack Overflow, GitHub Search (for issues and code), and documentation.
• Resourcefulness and independence, with the ability to unblock yourself by researching, reviewing similar code, proposing solutions, or shifting focus when needed.
• Autonomous, proactive, and high initiative.
• A commitment to quality and doing things the right way.
• A consistent effort to embody exemplary Islamic character.
• Strong English language skills for effective collaboration and technical discussions.
